Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice
* Assist with the management of the tax team workload and personnel
* Support tax partners on many and varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex investigations
* Build and maintain tax relationships with corporate clients and provide a high level of client service
* Manage the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach

Requirements:
* ATT, CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by a minimum of 5 years experience
* Experience with handling a portfolio of clients
* Experience in managing staff
* Cient driven and commercially aware
