Sales Support Coordinator - Bristol - (REFG50)
Location: 3 days a week onsite in Bristol
Salary: Up to £40k + Generous benefits and pension
We’re proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in their search for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator. This role will oversee sales development activities and play a key part in driving business success by delivering comprehensive administrative and sales support across the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with internal teams to support the full sales process.
2. Participate in sales meetings, ensuring all relevant details are prepared and presented.
3. Manage incoming opportunities, tracking and updating progress in the CRM (Pipedrive) from initial contact through to delivery.
4. Coordinate proposals, quotations, and approvals with colleagues, legal, finance, and deployment teams.
5. Oversee follow-ups in the sales funnel to maximise potential opportunities.
6. Manage the renewal process to ensure timely processing of annual renewals.
7. Maintain up-to-date sales assets and materials, ensuring organisation across the sales process.
