We are recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve their goals. You will manage a caseload, act as a coach and mentor, and build strong relationships to motivate and guide customers toward sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure without supervision. We value first-class customer service and a commitment to empowering lives and improving communities.
This role is part of our Restart Scheme, supporting unemployed people back to work. We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) and additional benefits, including 25 days annual leave, volunteer days, pension, healthcare, and more.

This is an office-based role in Bury St Edmunds, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The closing date is 2 July 2025.
