Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a MRO Commercial Operations Manager to join our Commercial Operations team where you'll support the MRO Lead Generation activity across the Commercial Operations function. This role will be based at our Twekesbury site. The Role: As MRO Commercial Operations Manager, you will spearhead the MRO Lead Generation activity across the Commercial Operations function; working with the Commercial Operations Data Analysts to identify and capture new business Leads in CRM. You will work with the appropriate Sales Managers at the site level to realise revenue and EBITDA opportunities, over and above budgeted targets. You will implement a governance and reporting structure, chairing regular reviews with the global MRO teams on Lead status, timing and win probability. You will help to develop and implement a new global Sales Pipeline Process at the Tewkesbury site, with standard metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of the Sales Pipeline/Sales Funnel and drive efficiency improvements across the business. Working closely with the Commercial Operations CRM Business Partner, you will ensure tools and processes are deployed in a standardised and compliant manner across the global MRO organisation. You will also prepare monthly reports for SLT/ELT, including regular status of MRO Lead generation activities across the Commercial Operations function. To be successful in this role you'll need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. We’re also looking for someone that has at least 10 years’ of outside sales and/or commercial operations or administration experience in an aerospace business to business environment. You’ll need to have strong leadership and proven experience of managing cross functional teams, to deliver exceptional results. This will include exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to peers / customers and senior management; strong business acumen, commercially savvy and able to influence at all levels within the business; and the ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment with a global cross-functional team.
