* Maximise Sales: Drive in-store revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
* Meet Targets: Achieve budget targets and work to grow sales and store footfall.
* Stock Management: Control stock levels, minimise wastage, and handle store finances.
* Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent service, provide recommendations, and act as our Brand Ambassador.
* Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment and manage point-of-sale processes.
* Adaptable Support: Provide cover for other store locations when needed.
What We’re Looking for:
* Retail sales experience with a record of achieving targets
* Flexibility to work 5 out of 7days on a rota basis
* Knowledge of or interest in the vaping industry
* Strong communication, organisation, and people skills
