About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop. Youll ensure every customer receives a friendly, professional experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers and managing service check-in
2. Booking and coordinating service, repair, and maintenance work
3. Providing accurate estimates and explaining any required work
4. Updating customers throughout the process
