In a Nutshell
We are actively seeking a Night Porter at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire who will be responsible for the Hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period. You will be required to work 40 hours over 5 nights, 10.45pm -7:15am.
Role Responsibility
Lots to do but lots of fun
As Night Porter you will be responsible for;
1. Maintaining our luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
2. Operating cleaning machinery in accordance with guidelines given
3. Attend to guests needs and requirements, including arrivals and departures
4. Set up conference and banqueting rooms as required
5. Responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests whilst on duty, adhering to company policy and legislation
6. Regular patrols to check security and safety of property and guests
