TheTraining and Implementation Specialistfor Radiometer is responsible for delivering end user training on the correct use of our devices at hospital sites and providing project management of new instrument implementations.
This position reports to the Implementation Manager, is part of the Application & Implementation Specialist Team and is a national field-based role. This is not a management role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Deliver end user training on the correct use of device for implementations and contract training.
* Work with both internal and customer teams to plan and project manage implementations.
* Create and deliver training programs for customers in the use of Radiometer products.
* Provide onsite face to face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Experience as atrainer.
* Proactive approachand focus on providing high qualitytraining sessions.
* Available fornationwide travelon 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home)
* Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.
It would be aplus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Clinical knowledgeabout patient groups in hospitals.
* Implementingmedical devicesin aclinical environment.
* Working in acommercial field-basedrole.
* Project managementskills and experience.
