The Job Role
 * Assistant C&B Manager to oversee the running of the meetings and events
 * Reporting to the C&B Manager, the Assistant C&B Manager will be hands on delivering exceptional levels of service to all guests
 * Running high end exclusive use events
 * Supporting the wider F&B operation during quieter periods.
The Requirements
 * The successful applicant will come from a Hotel or Venue background
 * The Assistant C&B Manager will have high end customer service at the forefront of their mind.
 * Wedding experience preferred but not essential.
 * A willing attitude and someone who is looking to progress their career within F&B.
