In this role, you will work with KS3 and KS4 classes, providing vital support to the teacher and fostering student learning in both individual and group settings.
As a Teaching Assistant in this vibrant secondary school, you will become an integral part of a team under the mentorship of a supportive Head Teacher. The school's unwavering commitment to academic excellence ensures a conducive environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised support to students requiring additional academic assistance.
- Assisting in lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials.
- Monitoring student progress and promptly addressing concerns.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
