Role Description
This full-time role, based in the Ruthin Office, will include handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new to NFU Mutual. You'll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any queries and to build long term relationships with our loyal customers. With your flexible approach you'll provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required with 'can-do', pro-active enthusiasm.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Excellent Telephone Manner and Customer Support skills
* Proficiency in Customer Service and communication
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
* Fluency in the Welsh Language beneficial.
