Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Richmond Care Home in the heart of our community. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to our residents and their families, aligning with our commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate resident records.
* Coordinate communication between staff, residents, and family members.
* Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered at the care home.
* Support the administrative team with various clerical duties as needed.
* Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to manage documentation effectively.
* Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions.
Qualifications * Proven office experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Experience with data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
