Job Title: Key Account Manager / Lead Generator
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year
Location: Office-based, Hereford, HR2 7RE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager / Lead Generator to join our growing Business Development team at Riverside Training. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales who thrives in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Understand customer needs and develop tailored sales solutions
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
* Analyse account data and market trends to inform strategy
* Deliver regular performance reports and insights
* Create and present engaging client presentations
* Always ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
