We are looking for an Export Customer Service Support to join our customer service team focused on providing exceptional customer service experience for our customers & partners within EMEA. The role is based in the East Midlands area of the UK (Derby / Burton upon Trent). The main responsibility of the role will be to provide customer service to the EMEA region with a focus on our export partners and customers, covering and supporting over 50 countries within the region. The role will involve working with our well-established partners along with new partners providing sales support and customer service on our portfolio of Interventional medical devices. You will be working with an EMEA Customer Service team of 6 and in a wider EMEA team of over 40 colleagues focused within the region. The main responsibilities will be handling and recording of distribution orders and organising international shipments including issuing the import/export documentation. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service the successful candidate will have experience from working in a similar role, supporting medical devices sales preferably gained in the Interventional devices market. Manages international shipments and ensures compliance ofimport/export documentation. An extremely self-motivated individual the successful candidate will be a sound communicator, be service minded, detail-oriented, meticulous and have Medical Devices experiences or similar, and be highly organised. Occasionally working from home is possible. 3-5 years relevant experience with Customer Service Export and education in a related background is desirable; fluency in English, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage. High knowledge and experience with MS Office, and export is required and experience with Medical Devices or similar industry and QAD preferred.
