Role Description
We're looking for a Multimedia Content Designer to join our small team on a 6-month FTC to support with two exciting product launches in 2026. We're looking for someone to bring the world of POTR to life through video, photography, design, and digital content. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from concept through to finished asset - whether it's still photography for our website, a product demo video or a TikTok reel.
You'll be the creative engine behind our content output, shaping how our audience views and experiences POTR across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation:
Produce engaging multimedia assets – short-form video, photography, graphics, and animations – optimised for social, web, Meta ads, and campaigns.
- Creative Strategy:
Work closely with the founders to craft the future of POTR's brand identity.
- Creative Direction:
Collaborate with the team to shape campaign ideas and visual storytelling concepts.
- End-to-End Production:
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver content.
- Platform-first Mindset:
Tailor content formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and Meta ads.
- Brand Guardian:
Ensure all content reflects POTR's design aesthetic.
- Experimentation:
Keep a finger on the pulse of creative trends, testing new formats and ideas to help us stand out.
- Asset Management:
Organise and maintain a library of content for easy access across the team.
About You
* A visual storyteller who thrives on creating high-quality, engaging multimedia.
* Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
* Skilled with camera equipment and lighting – comfortable shooting both stills and video.
* An eye for typography and layout.
* Passionate about social media, with an understanding of what performs on different platforms.
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
* Bachelor Degree preferred in a design discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication).
* Bonus if you've worked in design, interiors or consumer product brands.
