We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated RVN to join our wonderful oncology team here at Willows Veterinary Hospital. This role is perfect for an RVN with at least one year of post-qualification experience. If you have additional relevant qualifications or previous experience in a referral setting, that's a bonus, but certainly not a requirement! We're committed to your success, so full training and support will be provided every step of the way.
The role of the Oncology Nurse is critical in helping us provide the highest standards of care to both our clients and patients. You'll work within the medical oncology team at the clinic, helping to coordinate the team and their cases. When the oncology caseload allows, you'll also have the chance to assist with internal medical cases.
Understanding and following Health and Safety protocols for our oncology patients is a crucial part of this position – we'll make sure you're fully trained and comfortable with everything. Working closely with everyone across the hospital is essential to ensure we can care for all our patients as efficiently as possible. All of our nursing team shares the responsibility of maintaining high hygiene standards, caring for our equipment, and managing stock effectively.

Salary from £28,000, depending on experience
