What You’ll Do: As our Administrator, you’ll be the link between warehouse operations and HR. Key responsibilities include: HR Operations Coordinate hiring and onboarding of warehouse teams (pickers, loaders, delivery staff) Maintain shift schedules, headcounts, absenteeism, and overtime reports Handle staff queries on attendance, payroll, and ID cards Support training, H&S compliance, and workforce planning Monitor compliance with offers of employment, hours worked and conditions of work Admin, Policy & Compliance Keep staff documentation and contracts organised and compliant Work with staffing agencies where needed Track uniform, ID, and PPE issuance Provide attendance data for payroll and reporting Create and update HR policies ✅ What We’re Looking For 1–3 years in an HR/Admin role within warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce Strong Excel, admin, and people management skills Familiar with UK labour laws and shift-based workforce planning Clear communicator, able to work independently and handle time-sensitive queries You must have a car & valid driver's license – this location isn’t served by public transport Why Join Keplin Group?
