Job Purpose
To maintain the Register of Members (vets & nurses) and Register of Veterinary Practice Premises whilst
ensuring continuous improvement and providing high standards of Customer services to Members.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the annual renewal operations for veterinary surgeons, nurses and premises
* Assist with the integrity of the Register by following a programme of data cleanse exercises.
* Continually identify areas of improvement and smarter working.
* Provide assistance with membership and premises inquiries through contact methods such as telephone and email, ensuring a prompt and proactive approach is taken to deliver a service focused on finding solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Create relationships with external customers, for example, Practice Managers,
veterinary authorities and licensing bodies in other countries, DEFRA, BIS and other professional regulators and associated organizations
* Offer support within the Department, utilising cross-skills whenever required.
