RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT | BASIC 28K – 30K | UNCAPPED COMMISSION | PERMANENT
We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Consultant with 360 or business development experience to support us in taking the business to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity manage key accounts with some of our most trusted long-term clients and proactively seeking out new prospects.
You dedicate your time to generating robust relationships with new and existing clients, as well as candidates You’ll be the critical point of contact for clients, navigating competing demands and managing relationships to maximise the likelihood of smoothly fulfilling their requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Engage, meet and develop strong relationships with new and existing client businesses.
* Negotiating rates and salaries, providing a valuable benchmarking strategy.
* Strategically and proactively identify ideal candidates for our clients.
* Effectively communicate on the phone, email and in person to understand candidates’ backgrounds and motivations, client requirements and match the two seamlessly
* Be the pivotal intermediary between candidates and clients.
* Play a key role in the deal process from end to end, directly influencing industry leaders and the successes of new and existing clients.
* Build a personal brand to market yourself as a “go to” person in the industry.
* Generating leads and securing new business
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
* Resilient with excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident
* Technically savvy with a demonstrated proficiency in using MS Excel
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude
* Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgement to resolve problems
* Think on your feet
* Previous experience of high-volume recruiting is preferred, with a strong sales bias.
* Experience in business development or soft/hard sales
