Hours
* 36 hours per week
* Day shifts
Qualifications
* Fluent in verbal and written English
* NVQ in health and social care is preferable
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
* Mobility Support – helping residents move safely, including transfers
* Meal Assistance – supporting eating and hydration to ensure proper nutrition
* Household Tasks – light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning and tidying
* Companionship – emotional support and social interaction
* Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or mental health
* Activity Support – assisting residents in activities they enjoy
* Care Plan Updates – documenting changes and communicating with management
* Care Plan Adherence – following individual care plans
* Communication – effective communication with residents, families and healthcare professionals
