Our busy, friendly staff deal with all aspects of payroll administration.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, flexible and well organised with experience of working to tight deadlines. Our ideal candidate must have good attention to detail and effective IT skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Duties of the role include:
1. General clerical duties
2. Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail
3. Electronic filing
4. Downloading electronic forms
5. Dealing with customer/employee queries (via email or telephone)
6. Loading data to the payroll and HR management system
7. Basic payroll data entry
8. Provide clerical support to management, and other Payroll and HR Employee Services staff.
