Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Electrical
Location: Worksop, with offsite working (subsidised travel expenses)
Salary: Up to £37,199 per annum including Market Force Supplement (dependent on qualifications/experience)

The Role
If you have experience in planning, delivering, and assessing apprenticeships in Electrical Apprenticeship Standards, this is the role for you.
This opportunity involves developing the next generation of electrical engineers by supporting their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, and understanding employer skills needs within the electrical industry.
The role includes coaching, assessing, and supporting apprentices on electrical courses, using e-portfolios, conducting on-site performance reviews, and maintaining accurate records of student progress through tracking systems and e-portfolios.
You should be able to build good relationships, manage a caseload of apprentices, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organizations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Confident assessor/tutor capable of engaging a wide variety of learners and delivering the subject matter creatively.
* Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
* An A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
* Excellent IT skills.
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
* IQA Award is desirable.
