What We're Looking For
* A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
* Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
* The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
* A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
* Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
* A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.
This role is ideal for someone dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential within a supportive school environment.

The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 - £22,918.66 to Point 16 £24,653 (dependent on experience)
Actual Salary: £17,252.18 to £18,557.72 (dependent on experience)
Hours of work: 31.5hrs per week – Mon to Fri
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
