MOT Tester Required in Caterham, Surrey for All Makes & Models Car Garage
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £40,000 OTE with performance-based bonuses
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30, Saturday mornings (08:30–13:00) on rota
Location: Caterham, Surrey

Duties:
6. Performing MOT inspections on a variety of vehicles in line with legal requirements
7. Ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental standards before passing the MOT
8. Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
9. Providing excellent customer service by explaining MOT results and relevant repairs clearly
10. Supporting the team with light servicing or additional automotive tasks as required
11. Working efficiently to ensure all vehicles are serviced promptly and to high standards
Requirements:
12. Valid MOT test licence is essential
13. A clean driving licence is an advantage
14. Experience working across multiple makes and models of cars and vans
15. Proven background in fast fit or similar automotive environments
16. Good customer service skills and team collaboration abilities
17. Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail under pressure
