In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial client accounts, driving new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims, assessing client risks, negotiating and presenting insurance cover to clients and insurers, ensuring full FCA-compliant procedures, maintaining accurate records, handling client enquiries and complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting performance objectives and supervising team members as required.
