Overview
Course Leader - Level 3 Protective Services and 999 Academy
You will be responsible for the overall management, delivery, and performance of internal verification and quality assurance for the Level 3 Protective Services provision at Bridgwater College. This role also includes the joint leadership of our extracurricular programme, the 999 Academy. While primarily based at Bridgwater College the successful candidate will be expected to teach across the UCS College Group as and when required.
Responsibilities
* Manage, deliver, and quality assure internal verification for Level 3 Protective Services.
* Provide joint leadership of the 999 Academy extracurricular programme.
* Teach across the UCS College Group as required.
* Draw on pre-requisite experience within Protective Services to bring the curriculum to life.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with external stakeholders to help learners understand career expectations in Uniformed Protective Services.
* Proactively grow links with local, regional, and national external agencies.
* Contribute to an environment focused on innovative teaching approaches to enhance learning and keep the provision evolving.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Pre-requisite experience within Protective Services or related field.
* Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with external agencies.
