About DFYNE
A picture paints a thousand words… and we're sure you don't want to be sat here reading an essay of corporate "about us" spiel….
Seriously, how're you able to really get under the skin of what we're about from a few words on a screen. So why don't you have a look and see what we're all about for yourself
About the role - DFYNE Your Career:
First off, let me introduce myself (the person behind the keyboard here). It's not typical in a job spec, but I think it's important you get to know the team who you may be working closely with. I'm Luke, and I lead the recruitment & onboarding team here at DFYNE. I'm looking for someone with high attention to detail and a can do attitude, to add to our already thriving team.
The culture here at DFYNE is something we're incredibly proud of, so we need you to fully immerse yourself in understanding the essence of what makes our environment unique. I need you to know that what's worked for you elsewhere, will need to be adapted to fit the DFYNE way of doing things We want you to bring your background and skills, but we'll need you to learn the DFYNE way, when it comes how we do things here.
We're looking for someone who's willing to get stuck right into things and really take pride in what they do. A rigid, "this is the way it has to be done" or "that's not my job" approach won't be effective here. We need someone who sees no job as to big or too small. Telling us what can't be done simply isn't the DFYNE way— we need you to tackle challenges head-on and provide solutions, so we can move forward confidently.
Ultimately, I need someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and bring a real can do attitude to the role
Attitude:
* Trustworthy
* Proactive and efficient
* Reliable and responsive
* One team approach
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring our sites/facilities are kept to a high standard
* Replenishment of sanitation supplies and office refreshments
* General housekeeping duties
* Monitoring cleaning supplies stock levels
Experience Needed:
Absolutely none. We don't hire only on experience.
Skills:
* High level organisation
* Time Management
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Confident in lone working
So, what's in it for you?
If you've made it this far down without being put off, brilliant, I'd love to hear from you.
Besides a work family and a great place to work, you'll have an opportunity to grow with the company, be a part of the journey, and have a vital input into helping continue the crazy growth we've already seen.
You'll be part of a high challenge; high reward culture.
