Project Manager - OHL / Cables (400kV)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 400kV OHL / cable project with a strong civil engineering scope. The role sits within a Tier 1 contractor environment and requires proven delivery experience on large, complex transmission projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Full end-to-end project delivery of a 400kV OHL / cable scheme
* Management of significant civils packages (foundations, access roads, compounds, ducting, reinstatement)
* Programme, cost, quality, and HSE management
* Coordination of subcontractors and supply chain
* Strong interface management with clients, landowners, local authorities, and internal teams
* Driving progress on site and resolving delivery issues proactively
* Reporting to senior leadership and providing accurate project updates
Essential (Non-Negotiable) Requirements
* Proven Project Manager experience with Tier 1 contractors
* Demonstrable experience delivering HV transmission projects
* Strong background in OHL and/or cable projects, Earthing and wiring
* Heavy exposure to civil engineering works
* Excellent stakeholder management
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* TP137 authorisation
* Previous Site Manager experience
* Experience working on live transmission sites
* Familiarity with UK transmission standards and frameworks
