The role of the Area Sales Manager
Renders will involve: Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of renders Winning specifications with architects, main contractors and housebuilder developers Managing and working in a close relationship with 2 key distribution accounts (1 x Northern Ireland, 1 x Dublin) Inhering an area that has grown from £300,000 to £750,000 in the last year Tasked with achieving £1m turnover Inheriting a project bank of circa £750,000 Material project values from up to £200,000+ Conducting a CPD presentation a month Typical days may include visiting a couple of architects or up to 4 site visits Spending 50% of your time in Northern Ireland, 50% travelling down to Dublin The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager
