Shifts : You will be required to work a 2-shift rotation of days and backs.
Hourly Rate : £15.37 per hour
Once probation passed pay rates increase to £16.65 per hour
Role :
· Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, fit, and weld metal components
· Perform high-quality MIG
· Cut, grind, and prep materials. Clean and finish welds
Skills
* Proven experience in MIG welding
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment used in fabrication processes.
* Knowledge to understand assembly procedures and component functions.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
* Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
