ready to take the lead in a dynamic infrastructure environment? We're looking for a
Senior Document Controller
to drive excellence in document and record management across the Engineering team within a large organisation in Dover.
As Senior Document Controller, you'll be the strategic lead for all document control activities, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the asset lifecycle. You'll act as the go-to expert, shaping processes, training teams, and ensuring documentation meets the highest standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* HNC qualification or significant document control experience within large infrastructure organisations
* Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems and asset lifecycle documentation
* Familiarity with ISO55001 and mature asset management practices
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Power Query
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* A collaborative team player with strong communication and mentoring abilities
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
