What you’ll be doing

This role is pivotal in ensuring effective information flow, alignment, and transparency across Front Line Commands, cross-government stakeholders, and industry partners. The postholder will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping programme narrative, coordinating high‑impact engagement activity, and ensuring consistent, secure, and timely communication that supports business change, adoption, and Defence capability outcomes.

A key focus of the role is the design and delivery of structured engagement forums, events, and information‑sharing mechanisms, enabling collaboration across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

• Build trusted relationships across Defence, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure effective information sharing, governance, and communication assurance.
