What You Will Do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and create personalised care plans.
* Prescribe appropriate medications in accordance with best practice and clinical guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, integrated care.
* Monitor and review clients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Provide education and counselling to clients and their families about substance misuse and treatment options.
