We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PTP Process Associate to join a busy shared services team. This role will focus on accounts payable and purchase-to-pay processes, while offering the chance to broaden skills across other finance functions. It's an excellent opportunity for candidates from post-apprentice level upwards looking to develop their career in a structured, collaborative environment. The salary range for this role is £27,000 - £29,000
Key Responsibilities
* Process vendor invoices, payments, credit notes and expense claims.
* Maintain vendor master data and ensure accurate onboarding.
* Manage supplier queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Support purchase requisition and purchase order processes.
* Assist with month-end close, reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
* Knowledge of vendor ledgers, PO processing, and supplier payments.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
* Experience in a shared service centre advantageous.
