Your role
Due to internal promotion, Sytner BMW Oldbury is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Workshop Controller to ensure the efficient operation of their workshop.
Our goal is to provide customers with an easy and memorable experience every time, achieved through highly skilled staff supported by industry-leading training and development.
Your profile
As part of the Sytner Group, we are committed to developing your long-term career within our business. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume, prestige workshop with around 25 technicians.
Applicants currently in similar roles are encouraged to apply. You should demonstrate the ability to ensure repairs are 'Fixed Right First Time' with a focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. A driven attitude, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for working with this prestigious brand are essential.
