* Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
* Bank reconciliation
* Payment runs
* Create financial reports
* Credit control
* Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers
* Presenting cost analyses to the department
* Maintaining records of supplier contracts
* Ad Hoc admin duties
