Desired Skills and Experience
As well as having the experience in a Client facing role and possessing a strong Management Skillset and interpersonal attributes, you should have these more technical skills also:
* Experience in pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent / Contract Administration.
* Working knowledge of commonly used Standard Forms of Contracts.
* Experience in procurement and cost management.
* Literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
* Qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with MRICS status is preferred.
