We're looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our growing team in Lutterworth.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
Salary: Dependent on experience
What you'll be doing:
* Reporting directly to the Production Manager
* Operating Agfa Tauro and HP Latex printers with confidence and precision
* Running a Zund cutting table and ensuring accurate finishing
* Taking jobs from RIP stage through to cutting, packing and dispatch
* Assisting with artwork adjustments when required
* Applying your strong knowledge of print processes, substrates and materials
* Using your initiative to problem-solve and ensure jobs are delivered on time
* Supporting the team with production planning in Trello (training provided if needed)

* Previous experience in large format printing and finishing
* Strong eye for detail and quality control
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
* Good communication skills – able to work closely with colleagues and clients
