Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join their team for 4 weeks and this could be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a large volume on inbound calls
Provide helpful, friendly support to customers.
Address questions, concerns, and issues.
Accurately record customer information and conversation details in our system.
Ensure that customer inquiries are fully resolved, following up where necessary.
Keep up with product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
A great communicator who loves helping others Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Ability to show empathy to customers
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
IT literate
1 plus year of customer service experience
