Purpose of the job
We are a results-driven and peopled focussed Sales Team Manager to lead our sales and booking team in booking consultations and surgeries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, organisation skills to grow revenue, whilst delivering excellent patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all patient bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
* Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve their conversion rate whilst delivering exceptional patient care and providing training where necessary.
* Coordinate with surgeons, practitioners, and clinic staff to optimise appointment availability.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide detailed information about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
* Maintain patient records and ensure all booking details are accurately recorded in the system.
* Monitor and improve the patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
* Implement and refine booking processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to manage promotional bookings.
* Ensure compliance with clinic policies, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
* Prepare reports on booking trends, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
Person Specification
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a sales team, ideally in a healthcare, cosmetic, or service-led industry.
* Proven track record of sales growth and exceeding targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
* Proficiency in using booking and CRM systems.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality regulations.

Pay: £35,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
