Description: Cambridge City Council is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Senior Project Officer to deliver high-performing, client-focused case management for the Rent Regulation Project.The key responsibility is to deliver this customer focused, complex and time critical project. Supporting the Rent Regulations Customer Project Manager to deliver the corporate objectives and overall success of Cambridge City Council through effective working with colleagues in the Council, Partners and Elected Members.This is a pivotal role within the Rent Regulation Project team which will influence operational performance, strategic planning, and the effective allocation of resources, by directly working with the project manager and other stakeholders supporting the delivery of this crucial project.About you This is a great opportunity for someone who has crucial experience in project management and looking for their next assignment.You should be educated to degree level education or have equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a project management or a project support environment. Excellent analytical ability, reconciliation and advanced level Excel skills are essential as is strong communication skills, listening actively, and dealing with highly sensitive information.Advanced Excel skills are important to undertake the large data analysis, case reviews and reconciliations required to appropriately case manage every affected tenancy.
