Overview
Operational Resilience, Readiness and Response Manager (12 months FTC/Secondment) at Sky. The role involves providing expert advice and support for operational resilience, working with senior internal and external stakeholders to keep people, assets and sites safe across the Sky family. Responsibilities span strategy development to incident response and continuous improvement across the function.
What you'll do includes leading elements of a best-in-class operational resilience function, owning performance for resilience delivery, partnering with senior leaders, maintaining a robust control environment, testing resilience capabilities, and coordinating with Market resilience leads.
Responsibilities
* Shape and lead elements of a best-in-class operational resilience function; provide strategic/tactical subject matter expertise to meet team and Group Resilience objectives.
* Own the performance of Operational Resilience delivery at Sky; maintain leading metrics on incidents, continuity planning, finances and SLAs as outlined in resilience strategy.
* Act as a business continuity expert and trusted partner to senior leaders; stay up to date with cutting-edge developments in the field.
* Maintain a strong, robust, group-wide control environment; collaborate with Market resilience leads to ensure compliance.
* Design and deliver exercises, stress-tests and reverse stress-tests to test and improve resilience capabilities.
* Collaborate with Market resilience leads to ensure governance, guidance and collaboration on resilience across the Group.
* Maintain up-to-date metrics on Group-wide resilience and present detailed updates to Executive level as required.
* Engage with a wide network of stakeholders; provide relevant, timely information to inform business decisions.
* Manage delivery of resilience projects with high standards and efficient project management.
* Work with commercial and technology teams to ensure alignment of resilience principles and ways-of-working.
* Support senior leadership in live response to major incidents or crises.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external audits covering crisis, continuity and emergency response.
* Collaborate with Group Resilience teams to drive continuous improvement across the function.
* Deputise for the Head of Operational Resilience when appropriate.

Hybrid working; option to collaborate in office spaces or work from home. Rotation of On-Call responsibilities to respond to incidents outside regular hours.
