Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a stable role with a well-established construction company? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
* Assist with monthly reporting and liaise with external accountants
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Bookkeeper (AAT or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping software
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous experience within construction or similar industry is desirable
