Job Overview
Accomplish Today are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation within the recruitment and payroll sector. This role is well suited to a confident, service-led professional with a proactive approach to outbound client engagement, relationship reactivation, and long-term account development.
You will play a key role in managing and growing recruitment agency partnerships, supporting a smooth and compliant contractor journey while driving engagement, retention, and commercial value. This is a people-focused role within a high-growth environment offering clear progression and strong earning potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Relationship Management
* Take full ownership of recruitment agency partner accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement, trust, and satisfaction
* Proactively re-engage and reactivate existing clients through outbound calls, email, and relationship-led communication
* Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, delivering consistent service excellence
Contractor & Referral Management
* Manage inbound contractor referrals, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant onboarding
* Monitor referral volumes and performance, providing insight to improve outcomes and client experience
Business Support & Growth
* Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, retention, and operational efficiency
* Support the development of new agency partnerships alongside sales and partnerships teams
* Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening market reputation through professional and proactive engagement
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Client Relationship Management, or Account Coordination
* Background in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella services highly desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident with outbound calling and proactive client engagement
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* Good understanding of recruitment processes and contractor lifecycles
* Knowledge of IR35 and AWR beneficial but not essential
* Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset
