Job Purpose
This role is a key member of the Healthcare finance team, responsible for providing and analyzing financial information to generate insights and recommendations that add value. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent reporting skills, and system proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Healthcare Services & Pharmacy teams across various functions.
* Assist in delivering weekly and monthly healthcare reports.
* Compile and communicate healthcare KPIs.
* Monthly reporting on wages and hours for Healthcare (Pharmacy and Nurse).
* Support bonus calculations, maintain inputs, and handle queries.
* Perform month-end processes, including Oracle reconciliations.
* Approve supplier invoices and challenge where appropriate.
* Support wages reporting and investment modeling.
* Develop NHS services reporting.
* Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
* Identify process improvements for efficiency.
* Provide ad-hoc support to finance and Healthcare leadership.
Stakeholders
Internal: Healthcare Leadership, Regional Managers, Pharmacy Teams, IT, Audit.
External: Wholesalers, Suppliers.

Additional Details
Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, hybrid working.
