HR - Engagement Manager
Salary 70,000 - 73,000 plus car allowance
Location - Woking
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
This is a brand new role for a global business, reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all engagement and insight activity across the business.
Working with across all areas of the business you will analyse and interpret data to suggest new systems/way of working and trends as well as manage engagement survey project end to end.
You will be manging the existing engagement system and dealing with the external providers. Your insight and recommendations will help shape the HR strategy and as such, this role is a key component in the overall strategy plan.
