Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing daily operations, including staffing, service standards, and inventory control.
* Developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures.
* Creating appealing and profitable menus, staying updated on trends, and sourcing quality ingredients.
* Recruiting, training, and supervising F&B staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
* Ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service, addressing feedback, and resolving issues.
* Coordinating and executing food and beverage services for events and banquets.
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
* Several years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel / hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage teams, and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
* Understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and inventory management.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
* Focus on providing excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
