Location: 3 days office | 2 days remote - (Home or on the road with clients / BD
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Bonus (upto 30%) + Benefits

This role exists to professionalise and scale the sales function of this global R&D & Manufacturing group.
The Ideal Candidate Experience
* 10+ years in industrial / engineering CapEx sales.
* Background in industrial refrigeration, HVAC or thermal management is a significant advantage.
You will inherit a solid US foundation and a growing global distributor network, with a clear mandate to move the business from a reactive, farmer-led sales model to a proactive, hunter-driven strategy.
This isn’t about shifting boxes faster. It’s about winning specification, embedding the company as the default standard in global OEM supply chains, and building a sales engine that scales internationally.
