My client is seeking a Senior New Homes Consultant to lead the sales journey from enquiry to completion, delivering a five-star customer experience while driving strong results on-site. You'll be based on a flagship development and play a key role in shaping the buyer experience, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional, customer-focused sales experiences from first contact through to completion
* Proactively manage leads, follow-ups, and database updates using CRM systems
* Convert qualified enquiries into reservations and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
* Provide in-depth knowledge of the development, specification, and build stages
* Guide buyers through the entire journey, including legal, mortgage, and customer care touchpoints
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and resolve issues efficiently
* Host marketing and launch events, working with the team to drive interest and footfall
* Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and driving standards
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally in a senior or sole-role capacity
* Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and building lasting relationships
* Commercially minded with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Confident using CRM systems and working in a process-driven environment
* Strong knowledge of the residential property market and current buying trends
* Professional, polished, and personable-you're the face of the brand on-site
