Description
HR Operations Management
Manage HR operations administration processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and record keeping, updating HR Operations tracker for team visibility and reporting purposes.
Manage the administration and reporting for annual HR processes - performance management cycle, salary review, year -end system processing
Update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity for HR reporting and all documentation is filed correctly and in a timely manner.Payroll and Benefits Administration
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll information to 3rd part payroll provider, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes
Work with 3rd party payroll provider, finance and line managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth execution each pay cycleEmployee Services and Support
Provide day to day support for employees, addressing HR related queries and ensuring they have access to the resource they need
Manage HR inbox ensuring queries are responded to or escalated in a timely mannerEmployee Relations (ER)
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, assisting in the resolution of workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues
Support managers with employee performance concerns, probation hearings, grievance procedures, and other employee related mattersTalent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from job posting using internal and external job boards and sourcing candidate, conducting interviews and facilitating job offersLearning and Development
Co-ordinate L&D administration tracking and reporting
Support HRBP in developing Learning pathways to support business and individual needsPolicy and Compliance
Assist in the rollout and implementation of policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with local and national labour lawsProject Support
Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR operational projects, inc system updates, process changes and new policies
Support Regional HR Manager and HRBP with special projects on initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee engagement
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Ideally 2 - 4 years experience in a human resources role
Strong experience at dealing with ER cases and understanding of employment law
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and management.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are desirable.Job Offer
